We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our parish and school family in a vital, hands-on role! Position Summary Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and St. Joseph School in Pierre, SD is seeking a Full-Time Custodian to join our team immediately! This position is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning, upkeep, and other facility needs of our assigned buildings — ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff, students, and parishioners. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned facilities Maintain a safe and orderly environment for staff and students Address facility needs as they arise throughout the day Work both independently and cooperatively with others to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly Requirements Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to be on your feet throughout the workday Must pass a South Dakota background check
