GOATS Enterprises LLC is seeking a reliable part-time commercial cleaner for a potential janitorial contract in Benton, TN. This position would service two government facility locations in Benton, TN. The work includes routine office cleaning, restroom cleaning, breakroom cleaning, floors, trash removal, high-touch surface cleaning, and general janitorial duties.

Schedule:

Tuesday and Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Approximately 10 hours per week

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Clean office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Vacuum carpeted areas Sweep and mop hard floors Empty trash and replace liners Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, doors, and high-touch surfaces Restock supplies as needed Follow a cleaning checklist Report maintenance issues, damage, leaks, or safety concerns Maintain a professional appearance while working in a government facility

Requirements:

Must be dependable and on time Must be available Tuesday and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM Must be able to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work independently Must be able to pass any required background/security process Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred This is a part-time position with steady hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a government facility environment.
