Use the company mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and submit job reports. Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company specifications. Perform general cleaning duties, including: Cleaning and restocking restrooms Cleaning windows and glass partitions Dusting furniture, walls, equipment, and fixtures Polishing furniture and other surfaces Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, shampooing, and performing specialty floor care such as stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing when needed. Empty trash containers and maintain clean waste disposal areas. Monitor building safety by securing facilities after hours and identifying hazards. Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, or supply needs to the Site Supervisor. Follow all DetailXPerts safety procedures, company policies, and client contract requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining positive relationships with clients and coworkers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience Leadership or team lead experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable, dependable, and punctual Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass an extensive background check Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Committed to providing outstanding customer service Schedule Monday
