In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall health and safety of spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create an immaculate experience for our clientele. Duties Perform residential, commercial, post construction, short term rental turnover, and military move cleaning with precision Care for premium surfaces and materials Follow customized cleaning checklists and brand standards Maintain professionalism, discretion, and punctuality Identify and report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs immediately Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Provide discreet, trustworthy service while respecting client privacy and property Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction Uphold the brand's reputation for luxury, reliability, and excellence Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow all health and safety protocols Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality standards are met Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed Use safety equipment correctly to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
