Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our client's restaurant's front-of-house areas. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dining areas, floors, windows, bars, and other front-of-house spaces to ensure a spotless environment. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other tools to maintain floor care standards. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper procedures for chemical handling safety. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and fixtures in accordance with sanitation protocols. Use appropriate safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure personal and team safety. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Adhere to safety guidelines related to chemical use, equipment operation, and overall cleanliness procedures. Requirements Prior experience in commercial or restaurant cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate cleaning equipment including floor buffers safely and effectively. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to chemical handling. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work. Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift/move cleaning supplies or equipment as needed. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment during scheduled shifts. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe dining environment while working overnight hours in a dynamic restaurant setting.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour
