Lead Custodian - Weekend Night

Friday - Sunday, 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

$17/hour

ASAP What You'll Do:

As a Lead Custodian , you'll balance hands-on custodial work with leadership responsibilities: Cover assigned cleaning areas and assist with day-to-day custodial tasks. Support and supervise the team. Take incoming phone calls on the company-issued phone and follow up as needed. Respond to emails and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous custodial experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Ability to lead and motivate a small team. Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
