Job Summary Position provides hands-off basic safety, respite, emotional support, and companionship to clients of any age. We provide services to the following counties: Carter, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, Washington, Blount, Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, Sevier.

Pay Structure:

Starting hourly rate: $15/hr.

Qualifications:

Proven reliability and punctuality Effective communication and observation skills Positive rapport with clients of any age High school diploma/GED or equivalent 21 years of age Dependable transportation is required to meet scheduling needs across various settings. Schedule flexibility is required to meet the dynamic needs of clients. Must obligate to work at least one weekend per month as needed.
