Job Requirements:

We have Cleaning Services and Industrial Cleaning opportunities! Cleaning of Industrial building production areas and equipment, handling waste materials, and cleaning out production tanks and vessels Responsible for keeping designated facility areas clean and orderly. Assigned to a designated area for sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and picking up objects off the floor. Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and door frames, glass windows, showers, windows, walls, light fixtures, furniture, carpet, water fountains, microwaves, refrigerators, telephones, and ashtrays. Maintain and stock supplies as needed in facilitated areas and supply closets while keeping areas neat and orderly. Empty trashcans and recyclable items, transport them outside and place them in appropriate receptacles. Cooperate with staff members. Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to management. Must be able to comply with all applicable safety guidelines and procedures. Ability to perform light maintenance duties. Demonstrate ability to read, write, and follow work schedules and written and verbal instructions. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and understanding of various cleaning agents and containers. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed. Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. All crafts have the potential to operate a forklift. 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts, Overtime, Night Shift, Weekends Employees must be able to work independently, pay attention to detail, have safety at the top of their minds, and have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are encouraged. Reading and writing proficiently, following oral and written directions, communicating effectively, taking notice of all warning labels and signs, work within confined spaces at times. Ability to climb and perform tasks at varied heights along the edges of roofs and follow all safety guidelines.
