Job Summary We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technicians to help keep our client's locations clean, stocked, and safe. You'll work independently at night or with a small team, following detailed checklists and using professional-grade equipment and products. Key Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash Clean restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces Restock paper products, soap, and hand sanitizer Dust, disinfect, and tidy common areas Lock up and secure facilities when required Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions Use mobile app to check in/out and track tasks Qualifications Experience preferred, but no experience required — we train Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Physically able to lift 30-40 lbs and stay active during shift Must have reliable transportation Comfortable using a smartphone What We Offer Bi-weekly pay + performance bonuses Paid training and opportunities for advancement All uniforms, tools, and cleaning supplies provided Supportive, flexible management Growth path into Lead and Supervisor roles Work Schedule Weekday and/or weekend shifts Evening Full-time and part-time positions open
