Warehouse Cleaner - Full-Time - Mount Juliet, Tennessee 37121

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time General Cleaner to join our team in Mount Juliet. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial or custodial experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Trash removal, sweeping, dusting, mopping, outside lot policing, high dusting racks with lift, perimeter dusting scissor lift (annual) and running a large floor scrubber. If you're not experienced with a lift, scissor lift or floor scrubber training will be provided for these pieces of equipment. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces. Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to deliver top-quality results. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and fixtures to uphold a professional appearance. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning tools and chemicals. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, and lifting. Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
