What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We are a maintenance and management company, serving the Middle Tennessee area. We are a drug-free, drama-free, and mandate-free workplace. Job description We are currently hiring for a full-time, first shift Porter Technician. We are looking for a skilled worker to start immediately. The Porter Tech job duties include: cleaning and changing trash cans at commercial shopping centers, janitorial services inside the vacancies, policing the parking lot and addressing any issues. We want to preface that this is not a glamorous job position. It includes changing trash cans & cleaning out dumpster corrals, as needed. We are looking for a self-reliant employee that can be confident in completing these tasks. The applicant must have a valid driver's license, be able to life 50lbs, & customer service skills are a plus. Compensation is $15 - $18 per hour, with the ability to receive bonuses and overtime.
