is looking to hire a full-time custodial staff to maintain the four administration buildings on our Ezell Pike campus. This position will be self-directed and will be responsible for developing their own cleaning plan. The work hours are M-F 8:00

• 4:00 and there can be some flexibility occasionally.
• Full-Time.

Eligible for the State of TN Benefit Plan. Matching 401 k retirement

Plan Primary Duties:

• Keeping the interior of all buildings on campus clean
• Develop and maintain a cleaning plan of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
• Maintain any items that require refilling: toilet paper, soap dispensers, paper towels etc.
• Order, organize and maintain all cleaning supplies and tools
• Assist maintenance department with repairs to Progress Inc.

campus and other properties

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to do manual work throughout most of the day
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to complete any pre-service required training
• Must not be listed on any registries reporting any forms of abuse
