Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Cabin Cleaner to join our growing team. As the Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day scheduling, ensuring the timely and efficient cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement efficient workflows and schedules to ensure timely completion of laundry. Maintain high standards for quality control and actively monitor and address any issues. Ensure that inventory levels of laundry supplies are maintained and make timely orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Oversee maintenance and repair of laundry equipment and promptly report any issues to the appropriate person. Develop and maintain relationships with staff to understand their needs and communicate any issues or delays effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and other relevant data. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3 years) as a Cabin Cleaner or similar role. Extensive knowledge of cleaning operations and equipment. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Exceptional communication with teammates. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
