Manufacturing Custodian Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous custodial, sanitation, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred. Understanding of GMP, OSHA, and workplace safety standards is a plus. Ability to follow instructions, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures consistently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25-50 lbs. throughout the shift. Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Manufacturing Custodian Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common spaces in a manufacturing facility. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub floors, and operate manual or automated cleaning equipment. Clean and sanitize machinery, tools, and workstations in accordance with GMP and company standards. Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials following safety and regulatory procedures. Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies while ensuring work areas remain organized and audit-ready. Support spill cleanup, safety compliance, inspections, and facility housekeeping initiatives.
