  $100 bonus payment on your 10th cleaning job. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our rental properties.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• change linens and wash laundry

• Skills:

• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during the shift
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus

• 4:00 PM (hours may vary, could be more or less hours depending on workload that day) We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to help clean short-term rental properties in the Arlington and Fort Worth area.

• 4 PM Some days may have more or fewer hours, so flexibility is important.

Cleanings are on-call and you are usually scheduled last minute (12 hours prior). You will be cleaning rental properties You will NOT clean alone, you will always have a cleaning partner until you can independently do a property yourself (After 3 cleans approximately) We currently have 5 properties that need regular cleaning.

Must have reliable transportation (a car) since you are required to drive from one property to another. Must be able to follow instructions and a cleaning checklist Must have a clean background Must have a

All cleaning supplies are provided at the property. You do NOT need to bring anything with you to the cleans.
