Part-Time Evening Office Cleaner - Arlington (3 nights/week) BrightWorks Facility Services Arlington, TX Job Details Contract $900 a month 1 hour ago Qualifications Cleaning and sanitation procedure implementation Manual cleaning and decontamination technique Waste collection Stocking Restroom cleaning Full Job Description BrightWorks Facility Services is hiring a reliable cleaner for an office building in Arlington. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.

Pay:

$900/month, flat rate (1099 independent contractor)

Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, any time after 6pm. The Friday clean can be done Friday night or over the weekend. About 2 hours per visit. What you'll do each visit: Empty all trash and recycling and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors and fixtures; restock paper and soap Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard floors, including the kitchen and restrooms Wipe down desks, tables, counters and other surfaces Clean the break room: sinks, counters, tables, and the microwave and fridge Clean glass entry doors and remove fingerprints and smudges Sanitize door handles, light switches and common-area phones Spot clean carpets and remove cobwebs Keep the supply closet neat and stocked What we're looking for: Reliable transportation and the ability to show up on schedule Able to work on your own and follow a checklist Share 5-6 photos after each visit through our Google Chat app Commercial cleaning experience preferred Hiring timeline: Interviews will be held in person in Arlington on Thursday, October 22. The person hired will train on site on Friday, October 23, during the day. Their first cleaning shift will be Friday night, October 23, or over that weekend.

Pay:
