Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and rental properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances, sinks, counters, and fixtures Complete deep cleaning and move‑in/move‑out cleaning tasks using company checklists Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing when requested Maintain a respectful, professional presence in clients' homes Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products Protect client privacy and property at all times Stay focused and on task while working independently or as part of a team Ensure every home is left better than you found it Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding needs, concerns, or special requests Experience Experience is helpful but not required — we train for skill, but we hire for character .

Preferred experience includes:
