Job Summary:

Balaji India Food & Grocery is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner & Stock Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role is split evenly between cleaning/organizing and stocking shelves.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Organizing (2 hours daily): Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of floors Wipe down shelves, counters, and surfaces Keep aisles neat and free of clutter Organize products and ensure proper placement Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards Stocking (2 hours daily): Restock shelves with groceries and merchandise Ensure products are front-faced and properly displayed Assist with unloading and organizing inventory Check for low-stock items and notify management Rotate products to maintain freshness (FIFO method)

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail Physical ability to lift and move boxes (up to ~30 lbs) Reliable and punctual Prior retail or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
