Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. SUMMER"S OFF!! Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with basic custodial duties such as restroom sanitation and replenishing supplies. Support commercial cleaning efforts in various environments including School offices, school, and Cafeteria settings. Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team to address any repairs or upkeep needed within the premises. Provide porter services as required, ensuring that common areas are tidy and organized. Disinfecting Desk and stacking chairs. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices will be beneficial.
