Duties may include:

Thoroughly cleaning residential and commercial properties using appropriate equipment and cleaning products Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and other spaces Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and performing detailed floor care Cleaning glass, tile, wood, upholstery, and other surfaces using proper techniques and products Completing laundry tasks, including folding, hanging, and organizing linens or clothing when applicable Safely moving furniture, equipment, and other items as needed Following established cleaning and sanitation procedures Communicating professionally with clients and team members Identifying and addressing areas requiring additional attention Completing assigned work thoroughly and efficiently within scheduled timeframes Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude while representing Pretty Neat Cleaning What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and pride in their work Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team Strong time-management and organizational skills Professional and friendly customer-service skills Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Familiarity with vacuums, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment is a plus Physical Requirements This is an active, physical position. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential duties of the job, including: Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stretching Climbing stairs and/or ladders as required Lifting and carrying items Moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when necessary Performing repetitive physical tasks for extended periods Working in a variety of residential and commercial environments Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a pre-employment background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance 90-Day Growth Opportunity This position is designed for someone who wants more than just a part-time job.
