Janitorial Technician (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Janitorial Route Driver for a strict 2-day workweek schedule servicing commercial accounts in Bridgeport and surrounding areas. This autonomous role is perfect for someone wanting to boost their earnings with maximum days off. Candidates must reside in Denton or surrounding areas and utilize their own vehicle to transport supplies and deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services. Key Responsibilities 2-

Day Route Driving:

Safely commute between scheduled accounts on your two designated workdays, using your personal vehicle to transport required cleaning supplies and equipment.

Commercial Cleaning:

Execute general janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping commercial floors.

Restroom Sanitation:

Deep-clean and sanitize commercial restrooms, including disinfecting fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks), cleaning mirrors, and restocking paper products/soap.

Security & Logistics:

Securely manage facility keys/access codes, lock up buildings post-service, and track/report low supply inventories.

Position Requirements Schedule Availability:

Must be fully available for the designated 2-day weekly schedule (specific days to be discussed).

Location:

Must live in Bridgeport or surrounding areas.

Vehicle & Licensing:

Must have a reliable personal vehicle suitable for light transport, a valid Texas Driver's License, and current auto insurance.

Physical Capacity:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs consistently. Comfort working independently during off-hours.

Experience:

Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or route experience preferred.

Pay:

From $150.00 per day
