Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Commercial Cleaning Floater to join our dynamic team. This versatile role offers the opportunity to work across multiple client sites, providing essential cleaning services that ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to adapt to various cleaning assignments throughout the day. Duties Assisting with call ins and floating to various locations each week. Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, retail stores, and other facilities as assigned Assist with routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies Move between different client locations to support staffing needs and ensure consistent service delivery Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, and other tools Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while interacting with clients and team members

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays Start time: 5:00pm and later Qualifications Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and efficiently in various environments Excellent time management skills to handle multiple locations within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation or ability to travel between multiple sites as needed Join us as a Commercial Cleaning Floater and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating clean, safe spaces that leave lasting positive impressions!
