Cleaning Team Member - Ranch Operations Southern Charm Clean Up LLC Southern Charm Clean Up LLC is hiring dependable, hardworking Cleaning Team Members to join our ranch cleaning crew! We clean and prepare 41 short-term rental units for guests. Not every unit requires a turnover every day, but on busy days, our team may need to clean 20-30 units between 11:00 AM check-out and 3:00 PM check-in. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires teamwork, efficiency, and excellent attention to detail. What You'll Do Clean and prepare short-term rental units for incoming guests Make beds and change linens Clean and sanitize bathrooms Clean kitchens, appliances, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Dust and wipe down surfaces Empty trash and restock supplies Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Check your work carefully before marking a unit complete Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues Work as part of a team to complete the day's units on time Assist other team members when your assigned unit is complete What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Punctual and ready to work Strong attention to detail Able to work quickly while maintaining quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow directions and cleaning checklists Works well independently and as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Willing to help teammates when needed Able to receive feedback and make corrections Must have reliable transportation Physical Requirements This job requires being on your feet for most of the shift.
