Team Lead - Ranch Operations Southern Charm Clean Up LLC Southern Charm Clean Up LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and hands-on Team Lead to oversee our cleaning crew at a ranch property with 41 short-term rental units. This is a fast-paced leadership position for someone who can lead a team, stay organized, maintain high cleaning standards, and keep the crew on schedule during busy turnover days. About the Position The ranch has 41 total units, but not every unit will need to be turned over each day. On busy days, we may have 20-30 units that need to be fully cleaned and guest-ready between the 11:00 AM check-out and 3:00 PM check-in window. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating the crew and making sure the day's units are completed on time, correctly, and to Southern Charm Clean Up LLC standards. Responsibilities Oversee the cleaning crew and daily ranch operations Assign units and cleaning responsibilities based on the day's workload Keep the team on schedule during high-volume turnover days Monitor progress throughout the day Inspect completed units for cleanliness and quality Perform final quality checks before guests arrive Prioritize early check-in units and ensure they are completed with time for inspection Help clean units and work alongside the team when needed Train and coach new team members Communicate expectations clearly and hold employees accountable Address missed details or poor-quality work immediately Communicate damages, maintenance issues, missing items, and supply needs to management Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked Keep the team focused and productive throughout the day Maintain a professional and positive work environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual A strong, confident leader Extremely organized and detail-oriented Fast-paced and efficient Comfortable managing multiple employees and units at once Able to give direction and hold others accountable Comfortable working under pressure Willing to jump in and clean when necessary Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and clean for extended periods A strong communicator Professional, respectful, and solution-oriented Able to maintain high standards even on extremely busy days Our Expectations This is not a sit-back-and-supervise position. Our Team Lead must be hands-on and actively involved in the operation. You will be expected to monitor the crew, inspect units, correct issues, help with cleaning when necessary, and make sure we are ready for our guests. On our busiest days, we have a 4-hour turnover window to prepare as many as 20-30 units. We need someone who can keep the team moving quickly without allowing quality to slip. Speed matters.
