Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident clothing with care. Maintain floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and custodial tasks to ensure a polished appearance. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and addressing any cleaning concerns professionally. Follow established janitorial procedures for waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Support overall apartment turnover processes by preparing units for new residents efficiently and thoroughly. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning. Ability to perform laundry tasks with attention to detail and care for delicate fabrics. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment used in apartment or custodial settings. Experience with cooking-related cleanup or kitchen sanitation is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
