At least 5 years of professional commercial janitorial experience is strictly required for this role. This position offers premium hourly pay and a consistent Monday through Friday evening schedule starting at 8:45 PM. As we continue securing commercial contracts, high-performing team members will have direct opportunities for expanded hours, site leadership, and career advancement. Schedule Breakdown (~11 total hours/week):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

8:45 PM start (~3 hours per night - Comprehensive deep clean & facility detailing)

Tuesday, Thursday:

8:45 PM start (~1 hour per night - Touch-point maintenance & routine reset)

Key Responsibilities Commercial Janitorial Cleaning:

Execute routine and deep cleaning duties across commercial offices and facilities (trash removal, restock supplies, surface wiping, and glass detailing).

Restroom Sanitization:

Deep clean, sanitize, and disinfect all restroom fixtures, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and tiled surfaces to health and safety standards.

Floor Care Maintenance:

Sweep, vacuum, and mop hard surfaces and carpeted areas, ensuring floors remain flawless and free of debris.

Brand Quality Control:

Maintain our high "EcoClear" cleanliness standard across the site, ensuring no detail is overlooked before lock-up.

Site Security & Protocols:

Adhere strictly to site entry/exit security protocols, arming alarms and locking all doors upon shift completion.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with management regarding shift completions, supply inventory needs, and property updates. Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional commercial janitorial cleaning experience is strictly required (candidates without 5+ years will not be considered).

Punctuality:

Ability to consistently start work at 8:45 PM Monday through Friday at the Carrollton location.

Transportation:
