Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks, ensuring a hygienic and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting by performing essential cleaning duties with efficiency and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, dusting, dish washing and trash removal Conduct industrial cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety standards are met Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents or hazards Restock supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure availability of essentials Greeting & welcoming in customers Take direction from management Flexibility in schedule=days, nights, weekends is a must. Ability to stand and move on your feet for long periods of time Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred Prior dish washing experience Experience with porter duties is a plus Familiarity with cleaning and safety procedures related to custodial work is beneficial Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness This position is vital for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
