Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate tools and techniques such as buffing and floor care equipment Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Support industrial cleaning projects when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during high-volume or specialized cleaning activities Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely to deliver consistent results Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments preferred Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and extractors safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us to make a tangible difference by creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and well-being.
