Lead Residential Cleaner — Growth Opportunity Austin Home Cleaning and Limpieza is a growing residential cleaning company serving Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and nearby service areas. We are looking for an experienced residential cleaner who takes pride in detailed, professional work and may be interested in growing with the company as a lead cleaner. This role is ideal for someone with professional cleaning experience who can help deliver high-quality service, follow company cleaning checklists, communicate professionally, and help establish strong cleaning standards as the business grows. This is a part-time position to start, and hours are based on client bookings, so hours are not currently guaranteed . However, the person selected for this role would be considered our primary cleaner as we grow. We are looking for someone who can not only complete high-quality residential cleaning jobs, but also provide feedback on supplies and procedures, help improve our cleaning process, and help train the owner on professional cleaning methods and best practices. As bookings increase, this role may grow into a more consistent lead cleaner position with additional hours, responsibilities, and opportunities to help train or guide future cleaners. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services in houses, apartments, condos, and townhomes Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other home areas as assigned Arrive on time and communicate professionally Help identify ways to improve cleaning procedures, supplies, and service quality Help establish professional cleaning standards for the company Represent the company respectfully in clients' homes Potentially help train or guide future cleaners as the business grows Help train the owner hands-on in professional residential cleaning methods, techniques, supplies, equipment use, and quality standards. Requirements Professional residential cleaning experience Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to client homes in our service area Ability to travel to jobs in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and nearby areas Comfortable working independently or with a small team Good communication and dependability Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and client notes Must be respectful of client homes, privacy, pets, and personal belongings Pay and Schedule Starting pay: $20/hour, depending on experience Independent contractor rolePart-time/as-needed to start Hours are based on client bookings and are not currently guaranteed The selected cleaner will be considered the primary cleaner as the company grows Flexible schedule based on availability Travel within our normal service area is expected Opportunity for additional hours and leadership responsibilities as bookings increase We are building the company carefully from the ground up and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, help set strong cleaning standards, and take pride in the work they do.
