What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Eastex is looking for a full-time Sample Custodian. Our Sample Custodian accepts custody of samples into the laboratory, processes samples into laboratory and sample data into the laboratory data base. The position entails tracking of received samples, field sheets, chains of custody and other essential documents. Computer skills are required; knowledge of Google Mail and MS Outlook is helpful. Applicant must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds, frequently required to talk, hear, stoop, kneel or crouch. The Sample Custodian is responsible for having samples and data entered and ready to process by 8:00 am the following work day, as a result the schedule for this full-time position will be 10 - 7 and every other weekend, once trained.
