We are seeking a dependable, self-sufficient Custodial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility. This position is best suited for someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and take ownership of keeping the facility clean without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Clean and sanitize bathrooms Empty trash and replace liners Dust surfaces, fixtures, and equipment Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed Report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting) Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
