The Industrial Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean plant in common areas primarily focused on floors and carbon black lay down areas. They will maintain the cleaning equipment for the floors, parking lot and larger vacuum units. This position will report directly to Production Manager and will assist as needed for cleaning projects and some material handling in Production if needed.

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday Responsibilities Utilizes and maintains all floor cleaning equipment (mobile scrubbers, sweepers, and hand tools)Maintains and cleans all exterior areas to comply with Environmental guidelinesMay assist in basic material handling as neededCompletes required paperworkFollows general safety and housekeeping standardsMake recommendations to Management on how to improve the cleanliness of the site
