A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead Cabin Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft interiors between flights. The Lead Cleaner is responsible for leading the team and assisting with cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. Duties include cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and following strict aviation safety and security protocols.

Shift:
AM Shift •Schedule varies upon availability and completion of training 5 am to 1:30 pm 6 am to 2:30 pm 7 am to 3:30 pm
Location:
DFW Airport, Irving, TX Pay:
$15.75/hr, paid weekly
Required:
Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.
Preferred:
Customer Service Experience One (1) year of similar work experience Perform all tasks and duties required of your team. Provide leadership and direction to team members. Assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Provide open communication between field employees and management. Provide positive coaching for team members. Assist the Supervisor and Shift Manager in directing and supervising field employees. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. Miscellaneous duties as assigned
