We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our facilities remain pristine and orderly. Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in multiple areas, including offices, hallways, and common spaces.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. 2.

• Waste Management:

• Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring waste is disposed of appropriately.
• Sort recyclables and manage compostable materials where applicable. 3.

• Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment:

• Operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.
• Report any needed repairs or replacements for cleaning tools and equipment. 4.

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stocks are low.
• Assist in the ordering and restocking of essential cleaning materials. 5.

• Facility Maintenance:

• Identify and report any maintenance issues such as leaks, electrical problems, or broken fixtures.
• Assist in light maintenance tasks as needed. 6.
• Adherence to

Safety Standards:

• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Use appropriate safety gear and cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for yourself and others. 7.

• Customer Service:

• Interact courteously with employees and visitors.
• Address any immediate cleaning needs or requests in public areas promptly and professionally.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
