20 Competitive pay based on experience Job Summary The Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.

This role includes routine cleaning duties, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, floors, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Operate and maintain floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Clean windows, walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed. Restock cleaning products and restroom supplies. Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner. Identify and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management. Follow all company safety guidelines and properly use required PPE. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while working independently or as part of a team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred. Ability to operate or learn to operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Must be able to perform physical job duties without restrictions. Why Join Exegistics?
