This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering flexibility and the ability to manage your own schedule. Duties Apartment move-in and move-out cleaning Apartment turnover cleaning Commercial office cleaning Small business cleaning Dusting and disinfecting surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Trash removal Reporting completed work with photos Skills Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and internet access Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to provide references
