Responsibilities Duties include detailed deep cleaning and pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, dumpster pads, etc. for commercial parking lots and buildings.\nOperate power washers and use appropriate cleaning agents to remove dirt, grime, and other substances.\nAbility to work in various weather conditions.\nMust be able to lift over 50 pounds and work off ladder or lift.

Must meet the criteria below:

Valid driver's license with clean driving history (to commute to various job sites, No CDL requirement)\nAble to work on weekends\nMust be able to work overnight looking for crew members to operate pressure washing equipment and company truck with 16ft flatbed trailer attached. Will be responsible for cleaning and prepping sites for pressure washing, will assist with washing driveways, parking lots or parking garages. This position requires a lot of walking and standing.
