$13.00/hour DNC Facility Services has been serving commercial and educational clients since 1982. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented custodian to join our team at Itasca ISD. About the Role This is a year-round custodial position supporting Itasca ISD facilities. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in keeping campus spaces clean, safe, and ready for students and staff every day. Schedule Details Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Year-round position (not summers-off) Time off aligned with parts of the district's fall, winter, and spring breaks Full shifts worked during the summer months What You'll Do Clean and maintain assigned areas of the campus to DNC's quality standards Complete daily tasks thoroughly — floors, restrooms, common areas, classrooms, and offices Report supply needs, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to your Team Lead Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and follow DNC's cleaning standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive, coachable attitude Prior custodial/janitorial experience helpful but not required — we train Why DNC Facility Services Established, growing company with opportunities to advance Steady, consistent year-round schedule Supportive Team Lead and training on day one Be part of a team that takes pride in its work Interested candidates can apply at dncfacilityservices.bamboohr.com/careers.
