In this role, you will ensure that each property is spotless, well-maintained, and ready for new guests. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest turnover Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to ensure guest needs are met Conduct inspections to verify that properties meet cleanliness standards before new guests arrive Handle light maintenance tasks related to cleanliness and sanitation to keep properties in top condition Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling linens with care Previous experience in hotel or custodial services is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and uphold high standards of cleanliness at all times Join us if you're passionate about creating welcoming spaces!
