The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance and custodial services, ensuring that all areas of the club are well-kept and presentable. This role is essential in providing a positive experience for all who visit our facility. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with commercial and industrial cleaning projects as needed, following safety protocols at all times. Maintain equipment used for cleaning and ensure it is in good working condition. Support residential painting tasks when required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facility. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance issues promptly. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Experience in custodial work with an emphasis on commercial cleaning environments. Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing. Ability to maintain a clean workspace while adhering to safety guidelines. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
