A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Available Help for . Duties include washing buses inside and outside, detailed cleaning, and waxing. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs. When buses are not available, office will be cleaned and garaged will be cleaned and organized. There would also be yard work such as cutting grass and picking up trash around the yard. Normal work hours are Mon to Fri 8:30-5:30 p.m., on occasion could work after hours. Bilingual (Spanish) +
