We are seeking a dependable Custodian with at least two years of professional cleaning experience to perform daily custodial duties and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. This is a Monday through Friday position with some scheduling flexibility. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Dusting Sanitizing Deep cleaning Window cleaning Trash collection and disposal Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing) Restock cleaning supplies All other duties as assigned

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to custodial services Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods of time
