Trails End Rd., Leander, TX 78641 Janitors Grass Works Lawn Care LLC, located at 11318 Trails End Rd, Leander, TX 78641, phone number: +1 (512) 797-1640, is seeking 30 temporary full-time Janitors to work at 11318 Trails End Rd., Leander, TX 78641, from 11/11/2026 to 05/30/2027. Janitors maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of commercial and residential properties by removing leaves, litter, storm debris, dirt, and refuse from sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, loading areas, and other exterior common areas. Duties include sweeping and blowing paved surfaces; collecting and disposing of debris; emptying exterior trash receptacles; pressure washing sidewalks, dumpster pads, and building entrances; cleaning gutters, surface drains, and service areas; removing debris following storms; operating leaf blowers, pressure washers, sweepers, and other cleaning equipment; and identifying exterior maintenance hazards requiring attention.

Job Requirements

No prior education is needed; however, 0 months of experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Some weekend work required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing, walking on slippery surfaces, and navigating large areas. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling heavy equipment. Climbing ladders, manual dexterity for handling tools, and operating machinery. Endurance for extended periods in various weather conditions, including cold and wet environments

Salary/Wages/Benefits

$17.82 an hour bi-weekly, or approximately 40 hours per week, up to 10 overtime hours may be offered, however are not guaranteed. From Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Applicants may be offered more than advertised. The wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit. $26.73/hr for overtime. All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay bi-weekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee.

Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer provided housing (cost TBD). Employer-provided housing is optional. Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to the worksite.

In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will

provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In the first workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.78/day to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
