This is not a typical indoor job. You'll be outside, working with customers, staying active, and getting paid based on performance. All work is residential—no commercial jobs.

Pay:

Commission-based (typically $600-$1,000+ per week) 15% of each job + you keep 100% of tips High performers can earn more

What You'll Do:

Residential window cleaning (interior and exterior) Power washing homes, driveways, and patios Drive to job sites Communicate with customers professionally Represent the company in a positive way

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Truck Legal to work in the U.S. Strong work ethic and good communication skills Willing to work outdoors in Texas heat
