You'll be out in the field operating our professional-grade equipment to deliver top-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role with real earning potential — base pay plus commission on every fulfilled job lead you bring in. What You'll Do Travel (varies from personal vehicle and company vehicle) to client homes and business locations to perform pressure washing services Operate and maintain company-owned pressure washing equipment safely and effectively Clean surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, siding, parking lots, and more Represent the company professionally at every job site Communicate with clients before and after each job to ensure satisfaction Earn commission by bringing in your own job leads — the more you hustle, the more you make Report job completions, equipment issues, and client feedback to management What We're Looking For Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality work Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail — clients notice the difference Good communication and customer service skills Prior pressure washing or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
