Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, but not limited to: Cleaning interior of food grade tankers
Cleaning exterior of food grade tankers
Cleaning of trailer interior (trailer washout)
Preparation of daily cleaning solutions (under supervision of QA)
Sanitation of facility
Documentation of applicable forms
Responsible for assurance of food safety
Has the authority to cease wash operations for violations of food safety
