Tidyland Cleaning Services is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, experienced residential cleaning professional to join our growing team. This is NOT an entry-level cleaning position. We are looking for experienced cleaners who take genuine pride in their work, notice the details other cleaners miss, and understand what it takes to deliver a consistent 5-star cleaning experience . Our clients expect high-quality, professional service. We are looking for cleaners who can walk into a home, follow the scope carefully, work efficiently, and leave the home looking noticeably clean and professionally finished — without needing to be reminded about basic details. What we're looking for 3+ years of professional residential cleaning experience strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail Experience with recurring residential cleans and deep cleans Able to clean efficiently without sacrificing quality Knows how to properly clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, fixtures, glass, stainless steel and high-touch areas Notices buildup, dust, fingerprints, hair, missed corners and other details without being told Understands professional finishing touches and presentation Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable following detailed cleaning checklists and client notes Able to work independently Takes feedback professionally and corrects issues immediately Must have reliable transportation Must have a smartphone Must be able to pass a background check Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This position is NOT a good fit if you: Frequently arrive late or cancel jobs Rush through homes to finish early Need constant supervision Regularly miss baseboards, corners, hair, dust, mirrors or other details Are uncomfortable receiving quality-control feedback Have little or no professional cleaning experience We are specifically looking for experienced cleaners who can consistently deliver work worthy of a 5-star review. Compensation $30-$35/hour based on experience, quality and performance Top-performing cleaners who demonstrate exceptional quality, reliability, efficiency and strong customer feedback are eligible for our highest pay level.
