Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Home Cleaner to join our team and help maintain beautiful, spotless living environments for our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services across residential properties, ensuring every space is refreshed, sanitized, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating comfortable homes that clients love to return to. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces regularly. Manage outdoor work responsibilities like sweeping patios, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways when required. Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving furniture or appliances while adhering to proper manual handling techniques for safety. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any concerns promptly. Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, tracking cleaning schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments such as janitorial or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure hygienic living spaces that meet health standards. Ability to perform manual handling safely when lifting heavy objects or performing outdoor work tasks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or properties. Customer service experience with a friendly attitude that fosters positive client relationships.
