Overview Neytiri Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining assigned facilities in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable and punctual, follows instructions well, and can work independently. Cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle chemical agents safely by following established chemical handling safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without risk. Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safe lifting practices to move furniture, supplies, or equipment efficiently. Maintain cleanliness standards by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting designated areas regularly. Operate custodial equipment including floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other cleaning machinery to ensure optimal results. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting as needed to support overall building upkeep. Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require specialized techniques or equipment for thorough sanitation. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to cleaning requests and ensuring client satisfaction with the environment. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices. Strong understanding of chemical agent handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals. Skilled in operating various cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safe lifting practices. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards. Good communication skills for effective customer service and teamwork within a facilities maintenance environment. Familiarity with facility maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or residential painting is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence to ensure a hazard-free workspace at all times. Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning projects with an emphasis on sanitation and floor care techniques like buffing and polishing.

Requirements :

Reliable transportation is required because employees may travel to different client locations. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to perform physical cleaning duties. Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
