About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas Clean and sanitize all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors; restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste Wipe down surfaces, counters, windows, and glass as needed Spot-clean spills and respond to cleaning requests promptly Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuums, etc.) Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines Perform light setup/breakdown for events or meetings as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience) Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be able to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
